Joshua Faiella is a bassoon and bassoon reed instructor based in Pittsburgh. Lessons are offered both in-person and online. Josh also owns and runs Reedcrest, a shop offering handmade reeds of various shapes and hand-dyed threads. Josh's studio is a welcoming place for students of all backgrounds. He emphasizes practicing a growth mindset and having grace with yourself throughout your practice.
Blue Moon Bassoon was founded by Amanda Pierce, a bassoonist, educator, and former arts administrator in Austin, Texas. She has worked with hundreds of bassoon students of all ages and performed as a freelance musician across Central Texas.
